Garden Propagation & Sundries

If you are growing your own seedlings or cuttings, we’ve got everything you need from seed trays and labels to pots and propagators.  When you grow your own seeds, it is important to use a good quality seed and cutting compost and add sand or perlite to help keep the compost light and free draining.

If you are growing vegetable and salad crops outside in early spring, it is advisable to invest in a grow house or cold frame to keep the worst of the cold weather out and trap the warmth of the early spring sunshine.  This will boost growth and lead to earlier harvesting!

We also have an array of garden sundries for all sorts of applications from string, wire, and twine to pegs, thermometers and soil testing kits.
